Nova Horizons was started by real estate and finance professionals who spent more than twenty years in the Canadian market, then moved their own capital, company and family to South Florida. Everything on this site comes from having done it: the entity questions, the cross-border tax surprises, the financing that Canadian banks would not provide, and the difference between a business that looks good in a listing and one that survives diligence.

We work with foreign investors and business owners who want one person in Florida to orient them, assemble the right licensed team, and see the purchase through. Our clients come from Canada first, and from Europe, Latin America and the Middle East. We work in English and French.
